To provide quotes and process bookings (contract), to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations (legal obligation), and — only with your separate consent — to send you offers and travel inspiration by email.

Who we share it with

Suppliers and providers needed to deliver your booking (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, insurers), and our technology providers who process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to deliver your booking and meet our legal/accounting obligations, and no longer.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details on our website. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data.
